This imparts a lovely lemony-herb flavor to the chicken. This recipe could also be used to roast a whole chicken by increasing ingredients and cooking time in accordance with the size.
You can use any mild fish with this recipe such as Tilapia or Orange Roughy. This is a very quick dish to make with less than 5 ingredients.
My version of shrimp gumbo includes okra, celery, onion and tomatoes. This recipe also includes 1/2 cup of rice per serving.
If you love pesto, you'll love this pizza with mushrooms, marinated artichokes, black olives and feta cheese. Add a salad and you've got a meal.
This is one of my favorite breakfast foods. It includes fruit, ricotta cheese and bread but makes it into a delightful breakfast. Served with sugar free hot cocoa and your meal is complete!
I wanted a RF and RS dessert that had a great presentation and beautiful enough to serve guests when entertaining. So i came up with this using already prepared foods.
I love chalupas and so I came up with this recipe to make use of leftover cooked pinto beans. My husband loves avocados, so I added those in for good measure, but you can leave them off.
I love this recipe for meatloaf. It gives just the right amount of flavor without too much fat. It's a simple recipe not requiring a lot of extra ingredients. Goes great with my Southern Style Green Beans and Potatoes.
I love tortilla soup and wanted something quick so I came up with this recipe. We buy the individual bags of chips so the measuring is limited.
This is really good on cold mornings when you want something warm.
Whenever we have a chicken dish that calls for a whole chicken cut up, I always save the back and neck and make a soup out of them. The smell of this soup cooking brings back memories of my Grandma's kitchen. You can add egg noodles at the end and cook until they are done if desired.
This is a great Tex-Mex skillet dinner. Put a salad with this and you have a complete meal! My kids loved this recipe. It was one of my families favorites.
This is done in your food processor and so easy to do and delish! Each serving is a lot!
