A twist on the usual Mexican Rice. Use your Crock-Pot and a different style of rice for a switch!
Basic pancakes. I added some Wheat Germ and substituted Flaxseed in place of the oil and eggs. These are denser pancakes than normal.

This stuffed pepper recipe is so filling and is modified to serve one person. It makes a lot of stuffing, so you might be able to stretch 2 servings out of it.

I got this from the Eat Clean Website. I added Psyllium Husk Powder to it to up the Fiber content.
