I use corn insteaf of hominy. Just the right combination of tangy, & sweet.
A quick meal. Can be upgraded with whole wheat buns. Watch out for the sodium! Can sneak in a little more fiber, & vitamins by adding finely, finely chopped carrot, peppers, onion....
Feel free to sautee onions, garlic, peppers, or celery.... whatever you like in with the meat.
Be careful of how much salt you get.
