Makes about 8 smallish pancakes
recipe does not include taco shell
cook spaghetti sqash for 45 minutes at 375, face up. Mix with veggies. Serve hot.
cook 2 cup dry quinoa and allow to cool. Mix all other vegetables and olive oil together with cooled quinoa and serve cold. Salt, pepper and seasonings to taste.
Bake squash face down for 45 minutes or until soft enough to stick a fork in. Saute broccoli, asparagus and garlic in olive oil. Add tomatoes and basil, scoop out the squash (using a fork) and add to broccoli/tomato mixture.
Great alternative to bread crumbs for stuffed artichokes!
