Fiber One Premium Muffin mix Blueberry (prepared with changes)

I only used 1T of oil instead of 2. I cut out one egg yolk, reduced the water by half and added a shredded medium sized yellow squash.

Fiber One Apple Cinnanmon Muffin (lo fat, add walnuts)

I made this with 3 egg whites in place of 2 eggs and 2 T Land O Lakes Light Butter w/Canola instead of oil. I then added 1/4c walnut chips.
