This only takes 5-10 minutes to prepare and it's yummy! I'm adding ingredients by the brand I used, to keep the calorie count in check. The nutritional info shown is slightly higher than the actual numbers because there will be some pie filling leftover. Fill a few dessert dishes with the leftover and throw in the fridge, easy to take-along for lunch!
If you're watching you weight, every calorie counts, so I decided to add my favorite way of making Tilapia to the recipe calculator so I could see just how many calories I'm adding per Fillet. (This recipe makes enough for one average sized fillet.) The best part of this recipe is every ingredient is probably something you already have in your house.
I love to just throw some stuff together in a pot and POOF...a couple hours later...SOUP!! This is the easiest semi-homemade soup ever!
A hearty, filling low calorie/low fat soup for the person who likes less broth and more *stuff* in their soup.
This is a hearty, filling soup that is perfect on a cold day! It's pretty healthy, but if you want to make it a little healthier you could use a low sodium broth. I like it with the 99% FAT-FREE broth in the recipe. You can also add a few stalks of celery, I didn't have any on hand as I was making this.
This is my adaptation of a recipe I found here. I thought it warranted it's own recipe. Credit goes to JOJOMKE for the original Applesauce Oatmeal Muffins. I hope you enjoy this recipe as much as myself and my family.
