Swapping out the potato for caluiflower
Combine all ingrediants into blender or food processor until smooth.
if texture is too thick add water 1 tsp at a time until desired consistancy, you can also use olive oil if you prefer, but it is not included in the calorie count.
I usualy add more garlic if its for me to eat on my own, but this is the one I make to take to work :)

These burgers are easy to make and take almost no time to cook. They can be made lower in calories if you have low cal BBQ sauce. The egg can be ommitted if needed however another Tbsp of mustard should be used in its place to bind the ingrediants together. Serve with Steamed Vegtable for a satisfying mid week meal.
