I got this recipe from the Kraft Parmesan cheese bottle and added onion, Italian seasonings and used egg beaters instead of an egg. Next time I make it I will try adding some flax meal to boost the protein and omega 3's as well as, help with the texture.

Prep it the night before and start it before work.
Serve with salad and bread.
My family really likes this comfort food. This great served with a side salad.
