Stephanie's No Sugar Added Smoothie
I love smoothies, but I don't eat sugar. I also find if I have a concentrated fruit juice, the effect on my blood sugar is just as bad as having eaten sugar! So, I created this smoothie for myself one summer afternoon when I really wanted something fresh.
