Nary a can of cream of SOMETHING in sight! This is a really easy and really tasty side dish. It's not super healthy, but I am entering it because my family likes to eat it and now I know just how many calories there are!
This really utilizes garden basil! It's quite tasty (even my only-eats-1000-Island-dressing husband likes it)! A serving is 2 tbsp.
This isn't authentic, but it's a really tasty casserole. I use tortilla chips for ease. ETA: Changed # of servings from 4 to 6. You could probably get even more with a salad and a side dish.
