Not as low cal as I hoped but my son absolutely loves them fresh out of the oven for breakfast.
This recipe makes a huge batch of muffins. The batter can be mixed up and kept in the fridge for up to a month so you have fresh muffins every morning.
Can also add mushrooms and pimentos but I leave them out because my son won't eat them.
The name is his XBox gamertag.
Found this at Allrecipes. It is delicious It completely fills my slowcooker (10-1/2 cups) so at 3/4 cup per serving it should yield 14 servings.
Makes about 1-1/2 cups
When I make it for home I leave out the peppers, mushrooms, celery and meat because my son won't eat it. The nutrional information is without these.
This is a quick and easy alternative to regular mashed potatoes from one of the girls at work. My son doesn't like onions so I didn't include them but you certainly could.
This recipe makes 2 pizzas or 8 Calzones.
I calulated the nutrional value using canola oil because that is what I usually have on hand.
This is very similar to the one that I buy at the deli in Sobeys. Very good.
