Breakfast Sandwich
This is a little heavy for a dieter, but it's very healthy and keeps my teenage athlete going until lunchtime.
Corn and Bacon Macaroni Bake
Tweaked version of Corn and Bacon Macaroni Pie. By leaving out the crust and using some lower-fat ingredients, I increased the serving size, saved 130 calories per serving, and really didn't sacrifice any flavor.
