this is a reduced fat version of a recipie I found online
I wanted to make something I could freeze & take out each morning & heat up in my office. These work great because they are so easy to make, store & reheat!
You can make with sausage (or any meat of your choice) if you prefer but the nutrion displayed is based on low sodium ham. My b'friend has his with no cheese & says there are great, so feel free to experiement

I love poppers but have to reduce the fat in my diet so I came up with a ' chicken stuffed popper' instead!
I used my own home made refried beans for an even lower fat count
My mom said she saw this on some health show (could have been Dr. Oz) & she swears by it. I love avocado so I gave it a try... YUM!
I couldn't find (in the calculator) the ham steaks I used but you can use what you find to lower the sodium. This recipie calcultes way too high :(
instead of katsup, use a can of diced tomoato to reduce sodium

Throw everything in crock pot, stir it all up, go to work & come home to dinner!
Try using Champagne mangos instead! They have a different taste & texture than regular mangos.
Recipe calculator does not take into consideration much of the ingredients are for the marinade.

"Stole" this from Emeril, modified it to fit what I had in my kitchen & it turned out YUMMY! Use low sodium alternatives whenever possible
This is a homemade recipe my mom taught me. I like to season with garlic salt as well. Make without ground beef for a vegitarian dinner
My own variation of another quiche recipe!
(I don't know if this is strict vegetarian but didn't know what catagory to put it under!)
