Lasagna Roll

This is great to make ahead and freeze as individuals for quick dinners. You can freeze the leftovers (if there are any) for quick lunches.

You can substitute ground turkey for the beef, and ricotta for the cottage cheese. I like the sweetness that cottage cheese adds.
