Modified from a Cooking Light recipe. I did not make the topping and it is not included in the recipe calculation.
Adapted from Sparkpeople recipe. I added carrots, onions and spinach
I found this recipe on the Skinnytaste website. I did make some changes. I used white wheat flour instead of all purpose. I also used I Can't Believe It's Not Butter. I also added 2 tbsp egg whites to the recipe.
I did not add the glaze to my muffins.
