Easy, filling and low-calorie!
To make vegetarian, omit shrimp.
It's a little different every time I make it.
Grandma has made them for as long as I remember. Delicious. We usually have them in plain, green, and red for Xmas.
Asian inspired sauce with chicken, rice, and veggies. You can substitute left-over brown rice as well as left-over veggies, to make this a very quick dish!
My usual alfredo sauce, which is delicious but not low calorie.
