Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, 10 ounces (remove)
Leeks, .5 cup (remove)
Olive Oil, 2 tbsp (remove)
*Turkey Sausage Whole Foods, 2 cup (remove)
Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)
Celery, raw, 1 cup, diced (remove)
Ezekiel 4:9 Sprouted Grain Bread (1 slice), 8 serving (remove)
Poultry seasoning, 2 tbsp (remove)
*Chicken stock, Free Range organic, 4 cup (remove)
Slow cooker delight: Cube around 2 pounds of chicken, add a jar of pico de gallo, chunked mushrooms and green peppers. Cook on high for one hour, reduce cooker to low heat and cook for 4-6 hours. Add one can black beans, return temp to high for 30 minutes. Serve over Rice, quinoa, couscous.
