Yellow Squash Bisque
lovely creamy soup for the squash lover, very very easy to make!
Garnish with Paprika, finely chopped fresh dill
Makes about 8 one cup servings.
Confetti Pancakes
I came up with this name because it's cute to call it for kids that wouldn't eat the carrots and zucchini if they knew it was there, and it just might work for those that think it would be yuck both my kids adore these pancakes and they know what's in it!! :) MAKES 7 OR MORE LARGE PANCAKES!
