Chocolate Cake - Sugar Free and Low Fat

This is an adaptation of an excellent recipe I found on Spark People for Low-Fat Chocolate Cake. I wanted to make it sugar free as well as low fat in order to shave off some calories. It's about half of the calories of the original cake made with sugar.
