Rinsing and drained your cooked hamburger removes tons of fat!
When I have them I use collards from my garden but any greens will do for this delicious, easy recipe! Use vegetable broth and drop the bacon for a simple vegetarian treat!

Simplest pot roast ever!!
Found on the Betty Crocker Website, it's good and easy, kind of bland though so I adj the original seasoning to include some tony's which does pick it up.
