I make this spaghetti sauce for my family and it's always a hit. This sauce is also VERY good the next day!
My family loves this! It's the only way I can get my son to eat to veggies in one meal.
1 - 15oz can Garbanzo beans (chick peas)
3 cups chopped Kale
2 cloves fresh garlic
1/4 cup raw onion
1 tsp oil
This egg dish can be made ahead of time and placed in fridge. When ready to eat, place in microwave for 45 seconds and enjoy.
I make this at home all the time and the family loves it. You can oregano, thyme and basil, if you like it.
This can be made with low fat yogurt
My husband makes this. It has vitamins and it's low in fat!
