Spaghetti, tuna, tomatoes, broccoli and cheese tossed with Italian dressing. Original found on Bumbleebee.com (tunafish) and modified by me.
A mix of a few different recipes I saw and liked combined with what I had on hand to make it with. Goes great over 1/2 cup of high fiber whole grain pasta and a side serving of broccoli.
I enjoyed tuna melts in the past, using the laughing cow cheese eliminates the need for cheese as well as mayonnaise. You can enjoy on the saltines or if you want less carbs and calories, eat on a lettuce leaf.
