Gourmet, March 2006 recipe
Easy, tasty. Kraft lists these as having fewer than 410 calories per serving rather than what is calculated here in Sparkrecipes, especially if using the lower-fat versions as listed.
Recipe is modified version found at ilovetoeatgoodfood.blogspot.com. The original recipe called for a 1/2 cup of sliced carrots as well. I don't like them, so I left them out. I upped the spinach from 1/2 c to 1 c. It calls for fresh grated Parmesan on top. I didn't include that here, so it should be added separately for calories. Could also substitute turkey sausage.
A good base recipe, use whatever veggies you have on hand
More of a treat than an every day meal and not low in sodium, but this always gets rave reviews from family and guests.
White chili w/ a kick
I love to make this soup because I can throw in whatever veggies I happened to have around and it still turns out delicious every time
