Curves Recipe for Beef Stroganoff

This is a hearty dish. Do the folllowing to prepare for cooking:
1. Mince the Onion.
2. Thinly slice beef
3. Heat the water to cook pasta

Dissolve flour in 1 cup of water. Stir in light sour cream and 1 can of 98% Fat Free Cream of Chicken Soup. Warm a nonstick skillet and add minced onion and mushrooms, garlic powder and pepper to taste. When the onions soften, add the sirloin and cook until just browned. Pour the soup mixture over the fresh steak and vegetables and cook until hot and bubbly. Serve over whole wheat pasta/egg noodles. You can use regular egg noodles but I really liked the whole wheat variety.
