coconut oatmeal raisin cookie(high protein)

This is a low carb high protein cookie that I revise every time I make them. I used as many organic ingrediants as I can find. This recipe lends itself to experimentation, change ingrediants if you like. I sometimes use a vanilla protein shake and use powdered or liquid. It is a great way to use up a protein shake you don't like. Also, being diabetic I use low carb protein shakes. I sometimes use almond meal if I am low on soy flour.

Brownies II

Remake and changes from my original recipe...I like this one better. Each brownie is under 3 gr. carb and has 3 grams of protein.

Low Carb Brownies (gluten & sugar free)

The serving size on the splenda and Truvia are actually individual packets. You can probably use any sweetener you are used to, but these are healthy choices. Truvia is just a brand of stevia. I like this brand because it doesn't seem to have an aftertaste.

Low Carb Pumpkin Cheesecake

This cheesecake is everything a good cheesecake should be. No one will know it is sugar free and gluten free unless you tell. Under 4 carbs for a large serving, very diabetic friendly.

Low Carb Coney Dog Chili

Chili with the hot dogs already in it, simple and very easy to eat. Bun free! The sodium count is lower if you use low sodium broth.
