Healthy, low calorie, no-mayo carrot salad. Good for breakfast or as a snack or side item at lunch or dinner.
I tried to recreate one of my favorite dishes from an Indian restaurant I frequent.
Simple potatoe dish is a great side. You may substitute a winter squash (i.e., butternut squash or acorn squash) instead of potatoes. Mixing them adds a nice flavor too.
Here is what I call a great "kitchen sink" stew that will warm your buns on a cold winter's night.
