I love wonton soup. I pre-make my wontons in HUGE batches for a quick, easy and low calorie dinner. I mix my wontons with chicken broth, hot sauce and tons of fresh veggies.
This recipe is easy enough to adjust to a smaller size. I used two packages of ground turkey, mixed with all the veggies - I ended up with 252 wontons to freeze.
I love scones and feta cheese, yum!
I love these scones, I make them all the time. A favourtie Sunday Morning breakfast treat!
Serve in half a whole wheat pita with lettuce, tomatoes and hot sauce. (not included in nutritional information)
For a more "traditional" falafel sauce:
2 tbsp tahini sesame butter
2 tbsp water
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- Whisk together.
