Low Sodium Chicken Broth

After looking at the sodium levels of even reduced salt broth, I knew that I had to make my own.

Chili - Low Sodium

Not a no sodium recipe, but seriously reduced by the use of no sal tadded tomatoes and kidney beans preapred from dry with no salt added.

Still WAY Tasty! Serve with chopped onions and low fat sour cream.
