Tried this through experimentation today. The green tea (I used raspberry goji berry flavored) adds a nice flavor twist to the slimfast. If you don't chill the tea first the smoothie will come out like a regular drink, not "chunky" like a smoothie.
Tried this today through random experimentation with my new blender. I posted French Vanilla Slim Fast but actually used Chocolatey Royale because the french vanilla was already in my favorites. As far as I can tell they have the same nutrition information though. You could also make it with the french vanilla for a vanilla Frap (and I'll probably be trying that tomorrow!). I use very little milk because I find that it makes my throat feel gummy if I use too much, but you could also definitely add extra milk to your drink.
It's not the healthiest "drink" but I used it as a replacement for breakfast and am still sipping it & not hungry over 2 hours later.
