Just calculating nutritional info
All vegies, no meat. I did use chicken broth because I couldn't find vegetable stock here or I would have made it with that. This is really filling!
Again, another smoothie recipe just so I can track the nutritional info without having to add each ingredient separately on the nutrition tracker. Smoothies are my way of getting my fruits and my calcium in!!
Thick, rich tasting with a wonderful purlple color! Everyone makes smoothies no this is nothing new. I just needed a place to save the nutritional info so I didn't have to add each ingredient seperately on my food tracker. This is a great source of calcium, potassium and Vitamin C; and also a way to get my fruits in, with all their fiber, instead of juicing.
For Breakfast On The Go
One serving recipe: Great for getting in your vegies: NOT for those on low sodium diets
Kind of like a wrap; kind of like a quesadilla :)
The base for this recipe is SP's featured Pumpkin Muffins recipe. I made a few changes and discovered that whoever wrote the recipe must have used a large sized muffin pan as I yielded 16, not 9 muffins!

I'm always 'creating recipes' - one of the reasons my ex and I didn't stay together...he never knew what I'd concoct LOL If I don't have the ingredients for a dish, I'll work around it, but I will eat!!
