This yummy bread can be eaten with soup or pasta, and it makes a great sandwich bread.
I used this recipe to frost 20 large sugar cookies.
The calories in the recipe does not include frosting. This is for the cookie only. If the cookies are made smaller, you will reduce the calories by 1/3 to 1/2 depending on the size you make.
Add 2 cups warm water to Kitchenaide bowl. Dissolve 2 packages of yeast, 2 tablespoons of sugar, 1 teaspoon of salt and 1/2 cup of olive oil in the warm water. Add 2 cups of flour and mix with Kitchenaide using dough hook. Add aditional 3 1/2 cups of flour 1/2 cup at a time. Once all the flour has been added, continue to knead the dough with the Kitchenaide for eight minutes.
Divide the dough in half and press dough onto a pizza stone or into a pizza pan. Makes 2 large pizzas.
