My version of a red sauce made from fresh garden veggies. I use it as my sauce for everything from lasagna to pizza.
Spinach may not sound like an appealing base for a smoothie (I was skeptical myself before I tried it), but when you combine it with mint, banana and fresh fruit, it is amazingly delicious and packed with nutrients!

I get a full rainbow of veggies in a healthy yummy meal.
