Suppertime side dish with spaghetti sauce. I eat them for breakfast with slices of tomato.
This is a two part recipes. Dipping sauce is NOT added in.
1 tbsp dark vinegar
3 tsp brown sugar
1 tsp chili sauce
1 tbsp chives
1/2 tsp soy sauce
heat over low heat 1-2 min
We love to grill these, but they can be broiled or fried with non-stick spray. I toast healthy life wheat buns on the grill too. Only 80 calories and 5g of fiber. Buns are no included in the ingredients list.

This was made with water for lesser calories. Increase your calories if you use wine. Increases flavor too.

LOVE this soup. My family considers this comfort food. It's very rich and satisfying.
I love to take this to work for lunch. Everyone else is eating their cold meat sandwich or microwave dinner. To me this is comfort food.
This "latte cotto" (cooked milk) is a lightened version of the Italian classic "panna cotta" (cooked cream). It's a chilled chocolate pudding made in individual cups.
The name says it all. This is a great leftover user-upper. I always make to much rice. I love to take this for lunch, the folks at work are always drooling.
