Saw a recipe for something similar on Spark, but I wanted to pare down the recipe to make for a week's worth of servings as a side dish for two people.
Found on FoodNetwork.com; it's the easiest and tastiest fudge recipe in the world.

My mom has been making this recipe for as long as I can remember. I found this version on allrecipes.com
Very tasty peppermint pattie brownies! I found this via Delish from Quick & Simple.
Chili or Goulash made with 93% turkey, low sodium seasoning, and no-salt-added paste
My mom made this a lot as we were growing up--it's a quick, easy meal that can feed a lot of people and is easily expandable.

This was a take from another member's recipe--I can't eat Splenda, so I substituted sugar and made my pancakes smaller. Note: this dish is *not* vegan, as it uses skim milk, though it is vegetarian. It tastes great topped with fruit!
This used to be a Mr. Food recipe, but it no longer exists on the site. Fortunately, my friend's mom had the recipe. :)
These tasty cookies combine four ingredients into slightly salty, very sweet goodness!
