A reduced fat version of my family favorite. Yields 18 Tablespoons.
This is a slightly modified recipe from one of my favorite Tuscan cookbooks. Yields Two Dinner Sized Servings. Suggested serving with greens of wilted baby spinach leaves.
You will be surprised how much you come to like the unusual combination of sweet watermelon, hot jalapenos, and lime. A perfect accompaniment to grilled chicken, fish, or seafood. Or just enjoy it by itself as a refreshing and low-cal treat. Yields estimated 7- 1/2 Cup servings.
Traditional Greek sauce. This super easy and lowered in fat conversion is also delicious on grilled meat sandwiches and rollups. In addition, it can also be used as a salad dressing.
