also great to have as a smoothie- just add more milk. simple and quick to make and it satisfies the sweet tooth. If you want to make it lower in calories substitute the whole yogurt with a low fat one and some low cal sweetener instead of the sugar.
this is intended to simply help latinos track their ravioles. I am not including instructions because if latinos do not know how to make ravioles they can always look for the instructions in any recipe book.
