I was pleasantly surprised at how tasty and well rounded it turned out. I forgot the salt, and I didn't even miss it! I ate it with some mashed cauliflower. Yum!

I just threw this together with some leftovers, and I was thrilled with its tastiness! I used leftover slow cooker chicken, but rotisserie would be very yummy, or even grilled.
