I use this in place of bread crumbs in my favorite recipes before I had to give up gluten. If you don't crush the cereal really well, it doesn't stick as well.
I made this corn bread with whole wheat flour before I got sick. Now I use Pamela's bread mix, not the pancake mix, and it is just as good. Not quite as much fiber and protein as before, but still yummy with stew, chili and ham and beans! This is a fluffy, sweet southern cornbread, my Grandma's recipe.
I made this with 3 fresh mangos and 1/4 fresh orange juice while we were on vacation, but my grocery store didn't have any fresh mangos. Easily adjustable to your fruit preference!
I blended my favorite stuffed bell pepper recipe with a few chile rellano recipes I read to create this family favorite. The rice and cheese balance the spicy heat very well, I think.
Tastes like Fruit Loops, kids love them! These freeze really well, just pop in the toaster oven or microwave to reheat.
Just a simple beef stew, lower sodium than some with more packaged ingredients. Be sure to let it cook all day so the flavors have time to mix!
