This quick, easy dinner has always been a favorite in my family. Serve with peas for a complete meal.
I like this recipe because it used the stock from the chicken rather than cooking the chicken seperately. The dark meat can be substituted for white meat, but I like using my white meat in main course meals.
I love making this recipe when the black eyed peas are in season. It's very filling and very flavorful.
These quick and easy shrimp are great on salad, rice, pasta or steak and pack a lot of protein.
Don't recommend this as part of your regular diet, but it's a great treat for family gatherings.
