miracle whip--homemade sugar free

I accidentally used twice the oil called for and this was not as thick as I like.
This was a first try with Stevia, and I need to get the kinks out....thus, all the added notes!

Six Layer Dinner

5 potatoes
2 cups celery
1-2 onions
green peppers
2 lbs turkey (Italian)
2 tomatoes (or canned tomatoes)
2 Tbs olive oil

philly style open faced sandwich w/ cheese

makes a satisfying lunch for me. I cook it once and eat it for 4 days.
