Butternut Squash Soup (ninja recipe)

Easy low-cal soup made with the Ninja

Cheeseburger Pie

brown the ground beef
saute chopped onion
In mixing bowl combine eggs, milk, 1 1/2 cups cheese, oregano, salt and pepper.
Add beef and onion mixture

Put into pie shell and bake at 325 degrees for 40 minutes (or until knife inserted comes out clean.
Spread top of pie with pizza sauce and remaing 1/2 cup of cheese - bake additional 10 minutes
