This is like an omelet in a muffin tin. I play around with the ingredients, sometimes I add green chile or omit the wheat germ. These are great to keep in the frig and heat up during the week.
These are delicious! You can also substitute splenda sugars for less sugar and carbs! I also mix butterscotch and dark chocolate chips.
You can use chicken or salmon. This is great along side a simple salad and basmati rice or cous cous. The nutritional info with with a filet of salmon.
Great for leftover turkey. I add the turkey carcus (fat & skin removed) to a pot with enough water to cover it and cook for a few hours on low, the meat falls off, I strain out the bones and have my broth. This is very filling and is great with a side salad. Sometimes I add chopped sweet potatoes or brown rice.
This can be a great gift. If you don't have self control, this could be dangerous! You can exchange the oil for applesauce and reduce the fat and calories. This is great so that you can bake but not have a whole cake to be tempted by!
Salmon for breakfast? This is actually soooooo good, easy and filling. I guess this is like "lox".
This is easy and filling. You can make several and wrap in aluminum foil and reheat in the oven. The calorie count is only for one part of the muffin, so if you want a top and bottom, increase your counts.
This is so simple and tastes so good! You can use whatever veggies you want to add. You can also use ground turkey. My mom always made a version of this and my husband was not excited when I first made it, however he ate 3 servings! This makes the best leftovers.
This takes literally 5 minutes to prepare and is the best tasting fudge I have ever had. Of course, portion control is so important with sweets, but when just must have something rich, try this. I always use dark chips, but you can use whatever you like.
