with lots of apple sauce and no butter, this recipe is low on fat but pretty tasty!

Low carb, suitable for South Beach Phase 1
Add more protein with more tofu, and less carbohydrates with fewer noodles. You can also easily reduce the sodium using low sodium broth and soy sauce.
Great with chili and a large crowd, but doesn't keep well.
