Good Side Dish
I got this recipe from allrecipes.com and substituted the molasses for the brown sugar. You get the same taste for less calories and carbs.

I only had a pound of pork chops so that is what the nutrition info reflects, 2 servings.
Next time will add some taco sauce, tomatoes, and sour cream.
I saved the bones from deboning my own chicken breasts and cooked them to make the base of the soup. It yielded a lot of meat that otherwise would have gone to waste.
Easy and fast to make.
This is an easy to throw together meal. It is low fat, low sodium and not too bad on carbs.
1 tablespoon of olive oil and 1/2 tablespoon of seasoning would be fine.
Not exactly diet food, but we like it. Can be made lighter with nonfat sour cream and lower fat cheese. Easy to make in the microwave, just mix all ingredients together and cood till cheese is melted.
This a recipe I found at Kraft Foods, was Almond Chicken and Rice, I substitued turkey thighs. I also think 1 cup rice is too much, would be better with 1/2 cup.
We made this one night but didn't have mozzerella, so substituted shredded colby jack cheese, and we also grilled the chicken first. Was much zingier! We decided we liked it this way better.
