I personally haven't made these, but was told they are really good. I really don't know how many servings there are but I would probably make 3 since there are 3 eggs.
I was wanting something filling and low carbs. This was better than I thought it would be. Repeat for me.
I got this recipe off of pinterest and looks really good and fun to try. It is something I can put in a bag and take with me to a home to fix for a dessert when I know there won't be anything I can eat.
I have some Almond flour that I needed to use and found this recipe. They are a very sweet cookie. Very good.

This recipes makes 50 oz when completed I weigh my finished product to get the best estimate for calories /oz.
I used to make this with pork. Using turkey cuts back a lot of the calories. This recipe was fixed with left over rice. One can adjust all ingredients to their taste.
This serves 8, but to get the most accurate calorie count I weigh the bread after it is done and do the calories per ounce.
Hungry for great tasting noodles again. You won't be disappointed with these. This is a double batch and freezes well. Makes great chicken and noodle.
This is a wonderful moist cake. My friends who don't have to eat GF loved it. I did not frost it, but just used some cool whip. Freeze well.
Great way to use up extra bananas and zucchini
This cake is a winner for those who have to eat GF. My family who can have gluten loved this cake. Repeat.
I was wanting to do something different with some leftover roast beef and in looking at other recipes and making changes I came up with this winner. I will making this many times.
Fill with your favorite cream filling and dust with powder sugar.
Wonderful homemade noodles for chicken and noodles, beef and noodles or just plain buttered noodles.
Great with apples, bananas and other fruit. Also good spread on waffles or angel food cake.
