This smoothie packs in so much amazing nutrition for vegans and non vegans a like :) With 20 grams of protein, almost 8 grams of fiber, and plenty of vitamins, you can power through your morning. The best part, it taste like a milkshake :)
Not your usual stir fry: made with sweet Aji-Mirin and nutty Sesame Oil- you get a sweet vegetarian dish :)

Found the Pilaf recipe on the Kashi 7 Grain Pilaf box, used 1/2 the recipe for the rice, the other half for the Salmon for a wholesome, delicious meal :)
I changed the recipe up a bit to fit my taste, usually has mushrooms, but I wanted more veggies-- so I added carrots, celery, and onion, minus the shrooms :)
Using Aunt Jemima's Whole Wheat Pancake mix, and making some healthy alterations cut about 40 calories from these delicious waffles.
The store bought bread crumbs often come with high sodium, and lack any nutrition. So, I decided to use what I had, and I made my own healthified bread crumbs!
By substituting apple sauce with oil, and egg whites for eggs, cuts 70 calories from these yummy muffins. Add one banana for a little healthier twist, and you get 16 muffins (four more than what the box states!) AND much lower calories!

By taking Deceptively Delicious idea of pureeing veggies into my own chili recipe, has made my chili VERY healthy, and still yummy-- you would not even know!
