you can definatly make this with other veggies, but i was in the mood for cabbage
a whole meal in one bowl. very versatile. vegetables can be switched to your liking.
very versatile add whatever you like (berries, flax seed, chocolate chips, banana, the possabilities are endless) *the picture is flax/honey*
very yummy and simple meal serve with soymilk on the side if you add lots of cayenne (50 mins prep is for the rice)
geat way to sneak in veggies! makes a great meal for days when you are hungry but not starving. can replace ham for tofu to make it vegetarian.
makes a lot of food for 4 people you will definately have leftovers!

yuuuuummmmy! i put it on a low cal tortilla but you can put it on crackers or bread or use as a veggie dip!
