Feel free to sub in one pound of ground turkey if the Morningstar meal starter isn't for you. Just be aware that the cooking time may change as well as the calories.
I usually serve these by themselves but they go well with a salad too. They also make for a great lunch the next day- just pop a pepper in the microwave for about 30 seconds and viola! Lunch!
This is a snap to make and can be put into individual containers for a quick meal during the week.
