Blue Cheese Wedge Salad

1/4 Head of Iceburg Lettuce
1.5 pcs Crispy Bacon
1 oz (2 tblsp) Blue Cheese
1 tblsp Blue Cheese Dressing

Seed Mix Toppings

1 serving = a pinch or 2 - about 1/2 TBLS

I use 1/2 Roasted Sesame Seeds & 1/2 Black Sesame Seeds, but any combo will do

LITE Tuna Salad

Stuff celery, cuke or zuke canoe
Make a lettuce wrap
Dollop over a bed of lettuce
Fill a Pita
