A Spicy Filipino dish customized for a North American Taste. For increased authenticity, increase the Bagoong (shrimp paste), but beware, it's very potent. My Filipino wife LOVES this dish just as is.
A spicy and savory spaghetti sauce. Perfect for serving over Ronzoni whole wheat thin spaghetti and a glass of red wine.

Notes:
-The cheese can be removed or substituted for any melting cheese. Removing the cheese will cause the stew to be thinner as it is a thickening agent.
-The Beef may be substituted for goats meat that has been marinated in vinegar, garlic, salt and pepper for at least 15 min.
